The perfect meal for one, or after-school snack or appetizer for four.
Delivered frozen; ready to drop in boiling water.
Feed the whole crew, or binge by yourself... we won't judge.
Delivered frozen; ready to drop in boiling water.
* Your dumplings are NOT pre-cooked! They contain RAW PORK and must be fully cooked before eating. If you don’t cook them enough, you will get sick.
* Your dumplings were delivered frozen. KEEP THEM FROZEN until you’re ready to cook and eat them.
* DON’T THAW your dumplings before boiling. Just drop them still frozen in boiling water.
1. Bring large pot, at most half full, to a rolling boil
2. Place frozen dumplings into boiling water, gently stir for a few seconds; boiling will stop
3. As soon as water comes back up to a boil, add 4 to 8 ounces cold water and gently stir again
4. As soon as water comes back up to a boil again, add 4 to 8 ounces cold water again
5. As soon as water comes back up to a boil yet again, add 4 to 8 ounces cold water yet again
6. Bring the water up to a boil one last time (that makes a total of 5 times bringing water to a boil)
7. Promptly but gently remove dumplings
Your dumplings are ready to eat! You can fry them for extra yumminess or just dip them in our special sauce and enjoy!
Everything’s better fried, right?

6. Add about 2 Tbsp oil (e.g., vegetable) to a non-stick pan
7. Once oil is medium hot, add boiled dumplings to pan (excess water may splatter)
8. Fry until golden brown (flip them if you want), then remove from pan and enjoy!
